Portfiles start out with revision 0, and we don't need to place defaults into the portfiles.

Worksrcdir defaults to distname, so we don't need to define it as such.

Don't forget to use ${prefix} instead of /opt/local. r55969

"master_sites sourceforge:opal" can be simplified to "master_sites sourceforge". r55970

"${workpath}/${distname}" can be simplified to "${worksrcpath}". r55971
