perforce: fetch fails, is trying to fetch ppc version

perforce doesn't fetch:

$ port install perforce

Even if it could fetch, it's trying to download an ancient ppc version.

I fixed the fetch failure and subsequent checksum problem in r56462. It's still an old PowerPC version. Now I'll try to update to a more recent version.

I updated the version to 2009.1 in r56468. It's now universal for ppc, i386 and x86_64.
