php4, php5, php5-devel, php52: Move conf/extras-conf/mod_php.conf to conf/extra/httpd-php.conf

Description
When installing the php5 and apache2 ports (a pretty common configuration), you end up with the PHP configuration in /opt/local/apache2/conf/extras-conf/mod_php.conf. This is inconsistent with (most of) the other ports with offer apache2 integration which put a file named httpd-foo.conf in /opt/local/apache2/conf/extra/. This inconsistency is confusing for users.

Fixed in php5 in r58589. Still need to address php5-devel, php52, and php4, and update the MAMP how-to in the wiki.

Yes. I have been meaning to change this forever. Apache used to install its extra conf files in "extras-conf" but changed the directory name some time ago to just "extras" and the php ports were never updated to follow suit. I will try to remember to make this change the next time I need to force a rebuild of the php ports.
