Description
As it stands, apachetop fails to build with an error about extra qualification "Resolver::" on member "Resolver".
The easier fix, however, is to upgrade it; apachetop is out of date (0.12.6 is current) and changed homepages as well (now at webta.org).

Upgrading to 0.12.6 does not appear to correct this problem (which was reported again in #21621).
However I found this patch which fixes it.
