ffmpeg fails to fetch patch-configure.diff (Error: Target org.macports.fetch returned: fetch failed)

The problem described in the now-closed ticket #21321 still persists. I'm getting the same diff-file error. Perhaps the mirrors are too slow to copy (3 days?), or there's some other problem.

As it turns out, gimp depends on ffmpeg and won't (fresh) install on Snow Leopard due to this error.
