Description
MIRIAD is a software suite for performing analysis of radio astronomical data. I would like to submit and maintain a MacPort of MIRIAD to make it easier for Mac-using astronomers to install this piece of software.

Ping. Months ago I asked about the status of this submission on IRC and was told to wait until it bubbled up farther in the Port Submissions Trac report. Submissions that came well after this one have since come and gone on the queue. I'm willing to take complete responsibility for maintaining this port ... are there any other factors that would present a barrier from integrating it into the distribution?

I tried to install it, but the link to the source file is broken on the site.

Thanks for taking a look at this. I had moved the tarballs around my webspace a bit. They're now back in the location linked to in the Portfile.

Added in r64127. Thanks!
I see that the "port" has been set to miriad -- but I don't see Miriad showing up in the MacPorts ports search. Is there anything else I need to do, or do I just wait while behind-the-scenes things happen?
