GIMP 2.6.7 Fails to Install Due to Errors OS X 10.6)

The MacPorts installation process for gimp took hours. At the end of the process, I noted a number of errors in the log, so I have attached a copy of the log. MacPorts installed nedit prior to this, so I think the MacPorts software is working.
