Latest revision (58380) fails to build on PPC architecture giving error message:
Error: You cannot install fontconfig for the architecture(s) ppc
Previous revision (57758) builds fine.

It's possible that the arch is different, I think on G3 the arch might not be ppc7400....

Actually isn't the arch "ppc" on 10.4 and earlier, and "ppc7400" only on 10.5? At least that's what I noted last year.

Make sure to update your MacPorts install, this should have been fixed in r58392.
