Error installing hsshellscript

Hi

When trying to install hsshellscript I get this error:

You don't need to be in cc when you are the reporter. Apparently the util package no longer exists.

Version 2.1.0 was released in 2004, so this almost certainly just needs to be updated. The latest version compatible with ghc 7.6 is 3.3.1.
