qt4-mac: Please bring back variants to disable demos and examples

Description
It took about 20 hours to build qt4-mac on my G4 PowerBook. Granted, it was running with reduced CPU speed overnight to keep the fan quiet, but 20 hours is IMHO insane.
Omitting examples, demos and debug libraries saves about half of the time.

The variants to disable demos and examples have been added in r63150.
