I think the problem provide about the X11 from Apple??

I can confirm this run-time problem but I don't think it is MacPorts related.

Have you submitted a bug reported upstream as requested by the error message?

Closing given that Tiger is not supported, the port has no maintainer, and no patch is available. Feel free to reopen if either of the latter two circumstances change.
