The gdal port writes its python scripts in ${prefix}/lib/pythonXX/site-packages instead of ${frameworksdir}/Python.framework/...

We wait for seanasy to comment. If he doesn't after 3 days, then the patches can be committed.

At the same time, I'll move gdal to gis. Geos also needs to be moved.

I'm out of town and, sadly, nowhere near a Mac. I do want to take a look at it this weekend. Of course, if you don't hear from me by Sunday, commit away and if anything comes up I'll file a new ticket.
