Tries to fetch 1.4.4 from sourceforge mirrors, which isn't available anymore.
Please update to 1.4.6

For me too now. It was successfully fetched from http://mesh.dl.sourceforge.net/tnef Don't know why it circled through all the other mirrors without success earlier.
Still an upgrade to 1.4.6 would be nice. Thanks.
