Install notes incorrect wrt .profile file

Description
The installation notes for MacPorts state in the "Shell Environment" section: "A file named ~/.profile is created for the 'bash' shell...".
Actually, ~/.bash_profile was modified. It took me a while to track down the install log and see what had really happened, so I think the documentation should be updated to reflect what actually happens. It could say something like this:
"A profile entry for 'bash' has been created on your system during the MacPorts installation. If you had an existing ~/.bash_profile or ~/.profile file, it has been updated; otherwise a ~/.profile file has been created. The file contains the necessary..."
