Description
The attached packaging builds whatcheck 8.0 and is loosely based on that used by the fink packaging.

Note that the structure of the build is a little clunky because upstream dumps
the sources (with binary objects) for the whatcheck component of their whatif suite
as a tar ball as the releases.

Thanks. I committed it in r60396 with the following small changes:
- Since the two distfiles are not both available from both master_sites, I used tags to ensure MacPorts only tries to download each distfile from the server it's actually on.
- I set the dist_subdir to ${name}/${version}; since neither distfile includes a version number in its name, this will prevent checksum errors when the port is updated to the next version later.
- I added livecheck information.
