Description
Some parts of qtiplot install are violating the /usr folder. Namely, those parts are the internal version of qwt and the elements of fitPlugins folder.
The attached patch of the Portfile aims at suppressing this small problem, by changing the install configuration.

I've take a slightly different approach. Since qwt is a local copy it should not be installed anyway. Also as the app bundle is installed "by hand", I removed the "make install" phase completely and installed the fit plugins by hand too.
