mod_authnz_ldap.c:41:2: error: #error mod_authnz_ldap requires APR-util to have LDAP support built in. To fix add --with-ldap to ./configure.

Is your apr-util port installed with +openldap as well? Use the following to find out 

$ port installed apr-util

That would be the problem, no +openldap on apr-util; use the following to reinstall it with the right variant: 

$ sudo port upgrade --enforce-variants apr-util +openldap

Then clean apache2 (sudo port clean --work apache2) and try to install it again.
