Description
Using the same philosophy as fftw-3 and fftw-3-single, I have split gromacs into two components so that both single and double precision versions can be co-installed.
This removes the double
variant from the original port.
I have also changed the nox
variant label to the more standard no_x11
.
Compiler dependencies were also changed to depends_lib
rather than depends_build
.
Question: how should migration in the variant names be handled? Just leave it and, when the port fails to upgrade, the new options can be checked out?
