Description

Hi,

I have to install qt4-mac with +noframework on MacOsX 10.6, so I run: "port install qt4-mac +noframework " but I have a error: Variant noframework conflicts with cocoa. How can I install qt4 without framework? Thanks in advance. Eric

I believe on 10.6 it is installed without a framework.

Quoting the Qt documentation for the -cocoa option:

Build the Cocoa version of Qt. Note that -no-framework
and -static is not supported with -cocoa. Specifying
this option creates Qt binaries that requires Mac OS X
10.5 or higher.

The cocoa version has been selected as the default for MacOSX 10.6 as it's required for 64 bit support. Moreover, the cocoa version will be the default as of Qt 4.7. In light of this I am marking this bug as "wontfix".
