Description
There is a new version of perl out, version 5.11.1. I am not sure if perl5.10 should be upgraded to the new version of if it should be added as a new port.
Here is a diff of the port files to get the new one to work.

5.11 is a development release, so upgrading 5.10 to it wouldn't be the way to go. Perhaps a perl5.12-devel or something?

This should definitely be a -devel. Since .11 is the development branch for .12, I'd go with .12-devel.
Other than that, no major issues; perhaps time to shift portgroup perl to 5.10 ?
