Description
The wrapper script for dnsmasq (/opt/local/etc/LaunchDaemons/org.macports.dnsmasq/dnsmasq.wrapper) specifies the use of /opt/local/etc/startup/dnsmasq.sh for starting and stopping the service, but there's no such shell script installed by the port.

Not sure how you can get that error. dnsmasq uses its own launchd file—no wrapper.
Have you run selfupdate recently?
