Description
Looks like there's a DNS failure or something going on with the apr download...
I am getting a checksum failure but the file itself is an OpenDNS "404" page. Must be trying to hit a bogus URL.
When I downloaded the real bz2 file on top of the broken one it built fine.

Removed ftp.pop-mg.com.br and apache.digimirror.nl in r60367. After a selfupdate (at least 30 minutes after this comment), try again and it should work out (all the rest of the Apache mirrors resolve in DNS fine for me).
