pgAdmin3 build fails: wxWidgets-devel is not found

When pgAdmin3 is done in build, wxWidgets-devel is not found. Present pgAdmin3 Portfile is fixed of wxWidgets-2.8. *. I think that I should correct Portfile of pgAdmin3 and wxWidgets-devel. 

% port installed

  wxWidgets-devel @2.9.0_0 (active)

% sudo port -dv archive pgAdmin3

WxWidgets-devel is moved to 2.9-level not yet supported in pgAdmin, though on the same level check could be done on named libs instead of ports.
