Summary: dsocks - build failuredsocks: symbols referenced by indirect symbol table entries that can't be stripped

I have now added a full debug log for this problem, since the original reporter did not.

This problem was also reported again on the mailing list.

See also #13474 which is similar but for Leopard and which suggests a simple fix we could use. (Why haven't we yet?)

This isn't a different problem just because it happened on a different OS version.
