Description (last modified by mf2k (Frank Schima))
I am trying to setup an open source Digital asset management system with the use of MacPorts with little/no knowledge of command-line.
I use MacPorts to install 9 ports mysql5, ffmpeg, ImageMagick, p5-image-exiftool, antiword, xpdf, subversion, ghostscript and ufraw but after it installs antiword it gives me the following error:
Resource-Space-DAM:~ ipadmin$ sudo port install subversion ghostscript ufraw Password: ---> Computing dependencies for subversion ---> Cleaning subversion ---> Computing dependencies for ghostscript ---> Cleaning ghostscript ---> Computing dependencies for ufraw ---> Activating poppler @0.12.1_0 Error: The following dependencies failed to build: gimp2 poppler py25-gtk py25-cairo py25-numpy atlas gcc43 gmp mpfr gzip fftw-3 py25-nose py25-setuptools python25 py25-gobject gtkimageview Error: Status 1 encountered during processing.
Its frustrating as i have no idea where to start looking or how to fix it.
Any pointer appreciated

Full output means the output of sudo port -d install ufraw

Curiously, the attached output still doesn't show an error message. All I know is it's having trouble activating poppler for some reason. It works fine for me, so I suggest you uninstall poppler, clean it, selfupdate to make sure you have the latest MacPorts and port definitions, then try reinstalling it with the debug switch, and attach the complete output if it fails again.
sudo port -f uninstall poppler sudo port clean poppler sudo port selfupdate sudo port -d install poppler

Any news? Do you still see the problem after performing the above steps?
