py-elixir and py25-elixir update to 0.7.1

thanks for updating the elixir ports to version 0.7.1, and to add a py26-elixir port (python cheeseshop version, no compilation needed).

• for py-elixir and py25-elixir changeing the version number seems to be enough

  version           0.7.1
  

• "copy" py25-elixir/Portfile to py26-elixir seems to work (installed python26 elixir 0.7.1 via local ports under snowleopard and used it in daily development)

• not verified: which ports depend on elixir and do not work with new version

I believe you are requesting that the py-elixir and py25-elixir ports be updated to version 0.7.1. The request for a new py26-elixir port (which sounds like a good idea) should be filed in another ticket. Ideally submit a portfile for it.
