Description
While attempting to install the sysutils/clamav port this morning, I kept running into problems during the checksum stage. After examining the distfiles folder, I found that clamav's tarball wasn't actually the tarball proper, but a webpage from SourceForge indicating there was an issue retrieving the file from the mirror.
I found a workaround, but I'm curious if this is something that the DP team might be able to resolve. Is there a way of verifying a file was successfully retrieved from SourceForge?

Or in the more general case:
When you go to install a port, and the file that gets downloaded doesn't match the checksum in the Portfile, it's not obvious how to recover from it.
There is probably something that can be done to fix this (perhaps if the checksum doesn't match, port should just remove the file?)
