The result of port version is: 1.8.2 and the result of ls -l /Library/Tcl/macports1.0/macports_fastload.tcl is: -r--r--r-- 1 root admin 3679 Jan 1 11:25 /Library/Tcl/macports1.0/macports_fastload.tcl

Summary: | Unable to upgrade port 1 (port -d upgrade outdated) → intltool configure failure |
There's no darwintrace1.0/pkgIndex.tcl, the error is caught and harmless. Meanwhile there's no information about the intltool failure shown in the supplied output.

Presumably a dupe of #23296 (same reporter, same port).

Heh, guess I misread that one, was thinking maybe fastload was having issues...
What is the result from running the following?
