Error installation atlas on ppc

build from SVN r62851 (the one from the published port cant build) building seems fine but installation is KO on ppc 10.4.11 (Ibook G4)

Hi I can understand it is a duplicate but 23349 does not refers to atlas. I can't find anywhere the solution to build it

23349 does refer to atlas, please read the comments if you'd like to lend a hand in debugging this.

the attached log for #23349 is identical to yours. :)
