Description

net-snmp @5.5_0+server fails on Snow Leopard: 

mibII/tcp.c: In function 'tcp_handler':
mibII/tcp.c:328: error: 'TCPTV_MIN' undeclared (first use in this function)
mibII/tcp.c:328: error: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
mibII/tcp.c:328: error: for each function it appears in.)

Builds fine on Leopard i386.

checking for system include file... net-snmp/system/darwin.h

Should be darwin9.h.

I removed the server variant in r129760 and made its functionality always-on. It built fine on all the buildbot builders, including the Snow Leopard builder.
