dot2tex not installed in /opt/local/bin

Description
I installed dot2tex with 'sudo port install dot2tex' but the python executable binary file dot2tex is not copied/moved to /opt/local/bin. It was left in /opt/local/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.6/bin/

While simply adding python.link_binaries fixes this issue, I also found a collision between the PortGroup's post-destroot and the Portfile's.
I axed the Portfile post-destroot and enabled link_binaries in r63403.
