Description
Now that emacs has switched from CVS to bzr, it might be worth adding support for fetching sources from bzr repositories.

I've attached a patch that adds fetch.type bzr support.
I used a modified version of py26-openssl (py26-openssl-devel) to test the new fetch.type. Refer to the attached log.
