clutter-cairo can't find clutter

Rainer says the clutter web site says clutter-cairo has been integrated into clutter, so the clutter-cairo port should become a stub port marked as being "replaced_by clutter".

Status: newclosed

There being no dependents, port clutter-cairo deleted in r71007
