clamav livecheck fix

Description

clamav livecheck does not work. This is the same version of clamav so bump it down if you want to see it not work before the patch and work after the patch.

clamav livecheck does not work.

by this you mean the 'default' one doesn't work (since there wasn't one set up at all in the port - because I don't use livecheck myself).

This is the same version of clamav so bump it down if you want to see it not work before the patch and work after the patch.
