Description
Version bump for Octave. Apparently, one of the patch files included with the port has been absorbed upstream into Octave itself, so I've removed it from the patchfiles listing in the port. (It compiled successfully on my machine without.)

Updated in r67191. The patch did not appear to have been incorporated upstream so I updated and kept it.
