Description

Exim has been updated to 4.71. The attached patch allows one to build it from macports with the following changes: 

* pcre is no longer included with exim source and has to be built
* support for ldap (both the system shipped and macports version) lookups
* support for mysql4 and mysql5 lookups (both pull in ports)
* obsolete patch files removed.
* added livecheck URL
