BUG: gv

Port: | gv |
Description (last modified by ryandesign (Ryan Carsten Schmidt))
At the final step of installation of gv, that is the activation, I met the following problem:
---> Activating gv 3.5.8_0 Error: Target com.apple.activate returned: Image error: /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/app-defaults already exists and does not belong to a registered port. Unable to activate port gv.
DP is trying to create a symbolic link /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/appdefaults but there is (of course!) already a directory there! I was able to deal with this problem by temporarily renaming this directory, and a few more obvious manipulations.

The best method is to do
rm -f destroot/usr
in the post-destroot phase, because the symlink to /etc/X11, where the real file is installed, is already present in X11 anyway.

the post-destroot addition
cd ${destpath} system "rm -rf usr"
