Update NSD to version 3.2.5

Description

This patch updates NSD to version 3.2.5. It removes the "nsid" variant, because nsid support is now the default, and there's usually no reason to turn it off.

I've also added my name to the maintainer line, as I have been maintaining this port for a while now.
