Description
This is a basic port of tclreadline. It is violating standard layout by installing pages into /opt/local/man/mann, this should be fixed before being applied.

Committed Darius' version from #27029 in r72816 with these changes:
- fixed livecheck based on the version in #24638
- fixed maintainers line to use Darius' correct complete (obfuscated) email address
- filled in license line
- removed md5 checksums because they seem obsolete to me
- removed archcheck portgroup because it is deprecated; MacPorts base 1.9 and up should be taking care of that already
- removed muniversal portgroup because the port seems to build fine universal without it (if you believe the universal created this way doesn't work, please explain)
