wireshark 1.2.6 capture stops with zlib 1.2.5.0

Description
When using wireshark 1.2.6 with zlib 1.2.5_0 a capture will stop at some point although packets matching the filter appear on wire.
Switching back to zlib 1.2.3_4 shows all packets expected.

It seems this will be fixed in wireshark 1.2.9 (see https://bugs.wireshark.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=4708.

The port has been updated to 1.2.9. Is this still a problem?

It does appear to be resolved w/ wireshark 1.2.9

My first guess is this is a bug in wireshark and should be reported to the developers of wireshark.
