Description

This patch adds CoreAudio support for mpg123. I had to hack it a bit to get it to use EsounD when specifying +puredarwin. If I should do it differently, please say so. Also, I'm not quite sure if I specified the dependancy on CoreAudio in a 'proper' fashion.

Since this port is unmaintained, I wouldn't mind taking it over :)
