Description

Please find enclosed a Portfile submission for pyzmq 0.1, the Python language binding for zmq 2.0.6.

Please note that py-zmq currently builds only against the git master branch of zmq 2.0.6.

I have separately submitted an upgrade to the zmq port, including a +gitmaster variant for py-zmq. Implicit dependency on that variant is not ideal, so I'm open to suggestions...

A port cannot depend on a variant, see #126. Also we only support one version per portfile. As I suggest in #25067, you should submit a new portfile for zmq-devel with a specific stable revision from git. py26-zmq can then depend on that port.

I submitted Portfiles for py26-zmq and py27-zmq @2.0.8_0 in tickets #26579 and #26580.

This submission ticket can thus be closed.
