can not compile Growl with GCC4.2 and Mac OS X 10.4 SDK

Description
First, I can port the growl because of missing MacOSX10.4u.sdk in my system. Thus, I install it with the Xcode3.2.2. After that I got the compatibility problem between GCC4.2 and Mac OS X 10.4 SDK
