Description
Upon installing the libfreespace @0.4_0 port on Snow Leopard, I get an alert that reads "The system extension '/System/Library/Extensions/FreespaceDeviceDriver.kext' was installed improperly and cannot be used. Please try reinstalling it, or contact the product's vendor for an update."

I think its complaint is just that things inside the kext are world-writeable, and I think the attached patch fixes it.
