Description
Right now talloc does not have a port in MacPorts. However, I think it would be useful for several people, myself included, to have it available to install easily (it has a quirk that makes building from source fail if not fixed). Therefore, I'm posting this patch which adds a portfile for talloc.

Are the dylibs the name you were expecting? They seem strangely named to me.

You're right, that is kind of strange. I checked linking something against it though, and that works fine, so it should be okay.
