unable to fetch ecj-4.5.tar for gcc45 & gcc46

Following r68778 and r68780 I am unable to build gcc45 and gcc46, as ecj-4.5.jar is unable to be downloaded:

This is the server the file should be on, and access should not be denied! Maybe a temporary server problem -- try again? Can you download from the command line? I can:

Might be a good idea to add a couple of sourceware mirrors in any case, e.g. ​http://www.mirrorservice.org/sites/sourceware.org/pub/java/

Looks like a temporary problem as I can fetch it successfully now, both from the command line and using port.
