Description
I just ran 'port upgrade' on a deactivated port and DP activated the port before deactivating it.
kevin:~$ sudo port upgrade glib2 ---> Activating glib2 2.4.7_0 ---> Deactivating glib2 2.4.7_0 ---> Fetching glib2
