Description
icu4c-4_3_4-src.tgz does not appear to have a checksum in the icu port, and thus icu won't install.

Poking around in the portfile, it looks like the issue is just that the "checksums" keyword for the -doc file's checksum got moved up a few lines, so that it appears in the middle of the checksums directive for the -src checksum. Deleting the keyword from that line and moving it down to the -doc line fixes the issue.
