Description
xmlto requires the applications xmltex and pdfxmltex
These were part of the texlive port with version 2007. After updating to the current (2009) version, these utilities are not installed. The +full variant is being used.

Actually, it seems to work OK now, so one of the changes I made in the interim may have fixed it. Running some tests now. If they pass, I'll check in the port.

r69219 adds texlive-htmlxml. It's also in texlive +full now, but you can and should depend on texlive-htmlxml for xmltex and pdfxmltex. (TL 2007 required you to have the metaport installed, but TL 2009 doesn't)
Let me know if there are any problems -- I've never actually used xmltex.

These are part of the texlive-htmlxml port, which is not in yet.
I have a portfile and distfile prepared, but haven't yet added it because something about it causes format generation to fail for all texlive ports when it's installed. It should be in soon.
