Unable to patch mpfr

Description
When I was upgrading my ports by using the command:
port upgrade outdated
I had a power failure on my laptop during the upgrade process. Once I go power back I started the process again via the command:
sudo port upgrade outdated
during the upgrade I got the following error:
Error: Target org.macports.patch returned: Patch file patch01 is missing Log for mpfr is at: /opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_ports_devel_mpfr/main.log Error: Unable to upgrade port: 1 To report a bug, see <http://guide.macports.org/#project.tickets>

Your attachment doesn't really show anything. You should attach the l log that it mentions from
/opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_ports_devel_mpfr/main.log

Everyone is getting the mpfr
error. It's nothing to do with your power cut. See #25418
